The last time we visited an all-inclusive resort was during our honeymoon 10 years ago(!), so I was SO excited when we decided to book a trip to Beaches in Turks and Caicos. It feels like a true vacation when there is no stressful decision making around food, other than choosing which restaurant to walk into. And honestly, it’s pretty nice not having to count the number of pina coladas we consume too!
Arriving onto the island, the first thing we noticed was the gorgeous, clear, blue-green water out the airplane window. It looks like something straight out of a postcard! Walking off the tarmac we were met with that warm island breeze as we made our way into the small airport. Passing border control was a breeze and we retrieved our luggage in no time. Beaches Resort makes it easy for their guests, as they include transportation to and from the airport into the /overall cost (side note – included transportation is group transportation. If you have booked a Butler suite you will receive private transportation). Resort representatives were right outside the airport waiting to tag our bags and help us onto the shuttle van. It was a seamless 15-minute drive to the resort. Turks and Caicos is a British Overseas Territory, so driving is in the left lane. I had to really focus on not paying attention to the roundabouts because it was throwing me!

Rooms and Suites
When staying at Beaches Turks and Caicos, guests will need to decide which of the 5 villages they would like to stay in:
- Treasure Beach
- French
- Italian
- Caribbean and Seaside
- Key West
Each village has its own personality and amenities like pools, bars, and restaurants. Guests have access to all villages, but some may be better suited to your tastes than others. The entire resort is walkable, but it can be a trek from one side to the other, so that’s something to also keep in mind when prioritizing what you like to be close to!
For this trip, we brought our daughter who is 2.5 years old at this time. We decided to stay at the Key West Village and we feel it was a great choice! In my honest opinion, Key West Village is a hidden gem at this resort. It is tucked away, quiet, and peaceful. An adults-only pool is located here, which was great when one of us wanted to sneak away during nap time and still be nearby. We never had an issue finding pool chairs at the main pool or near the beach, and the buffet restaurant “Bayside” is located here, which is convenient. An additional perk for our kitty-loving girl is that several friendly cats roam the resort and several times we had one sit on our front porch with us!
My key takeaways about the other villages based on our week’s stay:
Treasure Beach
Beautiful and brand new in 2026. The main pool area is massive with many different sections suitable for people at different stages of life. In one pool section, you can see the ocean from the pool – and it’s lovely! Located in the main lobby are a coffee shop, resort shop, and even a movie theater! Restaurants located here include Butch’s Steakhouse (included with your stay, but reservations are required!) and Pinta Food Hall. I will say that this area became very crowded throughout the day and when we arrived after breakfast around 7:30 one morning, every single pool chair was already taken.

French Village
The French Village is a beautiful area with a quiet, calm atmosphere. The main pool area is large and great for all ages – there is a zero-entry area, a small pool where toddlers can walk around, a swim up bar, and a hot tub. Restaurants here include Le Petite Chateau (only for guests ages 12 and above), Café de Paris (coffee and bakery), Giuseppe’s (buffet), Kimono’s (hibachi – this was one of our favorites! It’s included but requires reservations to get a seat!), and Soy (sushi – another favorite of ours. We ate here twice!). Also located in this village is the resort waterpark. Here you will find slides, splash pads, and a lazy river. There are also a couple food choices by the waterpark, including a mac and cheese food truck and Bobby Dee’s (burgers, sandwiches, fries, pizza). One downside of the French Village is that it is further removed from the beach than the other villages.

Italian Village
The Italian Village is probably the most lively of them all. It is centrally located and many scheduled activities take place at the large main pool here. Restaurants in this village include Mario’s (buffet), JoJo Java (coffee), Yoyo’s (frozen yogurt), Dino’s Pizza, Cricketer’s Pub, and Barefoot by the Sea. I suggest if you like to retire to bed early or have nappers in your party that you stay in one of the other villages!

Caribbean/Seaside
The Caribbean/Seaside Village seemed to be a nice blend of calm and relaxing, yet fun and eventful. We spent a lot of time at the pools in this village! There are two pools and we enjoyed them both. The water is warmer than most other resort pools, there’s a cool waterfall grotto where you can hang out underneath, and the swim up bar was never too busy while we were there. If you’re hoping to enjoy lunch poolside, I recommend ordering pizzas from nearby Bella Napoli. They come in a carryout box and are great to enjoy by the water! Restaurants in the Caribbean Village include Arizona’s (Tex-Mex), The Jerk Truck (FABULOUS jerk chicken!), Reflections (buffet), Sapodilla’s (Caribbean), and Schooner’s (surf and turf).

Activities
- Take a ride on a glass bottom boat! This is included with your stay, but I recommend making a reservation as soon as you arrive on property.
- Enjoy a character breakfast with the Sesame Street gang! While guests enjoy a buffet breakfast, the characters walk around to visit and take photos.
- Get PADI certified in scuba diving! It’s included with your stay, and what better time to learn!
- Water Sports: kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, banana boats, snorkeling, and more!
- Relax with a massage at the Red Lane Spa

Helpful Tips
- If you are considering booking a trip to return in the future, I recommend booking while you are on property. Guests receive a 10% discount on future stays if they book before they leave. This discount applies to all Sandals and Beaches properties and you can book up to 2 years in advance! They even honor the discount if you later choose to switch your dates, and your room type, and even your property location!
- If you are hoping for a more bougie experience, you can reserve a Butler suite. This comes with so many perks, including private transportation to and from the airport, assistance with dinner and activity reservations, and more!
- Included with your stay is use of the kids camps! Before your child can join you must first check them in with their passport.
- Don’t overpack. We lived in our swimsuits during the day and then changed for dinner in the evenings. Some rooms also include a washer and dryer.
- Beach chairs in the main pool areas get taken early. If you have your heart set on hanging out by one of the main pools, I would get there early to save a seat. At the time of writing this, management doesn’t seem to enforce a time limit on pool chair reservations.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Beaches Turks and Caicos. It was everything we wanted in an all-inclusive beach vacation, and we can’t wait to return some day!
